As a key member of the Commercial Team and based in our
Bournemouth office, you will be responsible for qualifying existing leads and
identifying new leads within organisations who will benefit from the high
quality Apprenticeship solutions we have to offer. You will be experienced in
lead generation and business development.

As an excellent communicator, you'll be able to nurture
strong relationships with prospective clients, positioning Paragon Skills as
their preferred partner.

What will you be
doing?

=        
Ensure all leads coming into the business are
qualified and followed up to meet targets

=        
Exceed new Apprenticeship targets whilst
ensuring all eligibility is met via a combination of new business and account
management

=        
Identify new client opportunities within Paragon
Skills' core market sectors

=        
Work with Business Development Managers to
develop an engagement plan to create new leads and opportunities within SME
organisations who would benefit from apprentices

=        
Be able to demonstrate a ROI for apprentices
within any client business to highlight benefits

=        
Work consultatively with prospective clients,
creating world-class apprenticeship delivery models to suit their needs,
sharing ideas and giving valuable and practical advice

=        
Build strong and sustainable relationships with
client contacts at all levels, delivering outstanding customer experiences,
every time

=        
Provide invaluable advice and guidance relating
to all aspects of the apprenticeship levy, where required, ensuring clients are
fully supported and informed throughout every step of the journey, from design
to delivery

=        
Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure
new opportunities and contracts are well communicated into the business,
ensuring all deliverables and commercial arrangements are agreed as part of our
on-boarding process

To complete all administrative tasks to ensure
the new learner is able to be signed up when the tutor attends

What we need from
you:

Successful track record of meeting targets

Experience working with high volumes of warm
leads and managing these successfully

Experience in managing accounts in a
consultative yet influential way

Experience of presenting to and working with
decision makers

A strong commercial background

The ability to manage your own workload

Strong communication and business skills

=        
The ability to present solutions to clients both
remotely and face to face

Well developed interpersonal and motivational
skills

Excellent IT skills, including the use of MS
Office (knowledge of CRM systems would be advantageous)

Use of a car insured for business use

=        
Able to work flexible hours and commit to
overnight stays as and when required
