We have an
exciting opportunity to join us as our Partnership Trainer.

Working as a key member of our Operations team, you will use
your many years of training expertise to train, guide and coach learners on
numerous development programmes including the care certificate qualification.

Your focus will be on developing learners and giving them the essential
skills to enable them to progress onto apprenticeships or further employment.

Further to this you will develop engaging content to deliver
outstanding teaching and learning sessions to our learners.

What will you be doing?

Development and delivery of outstanding and
engaging content to add to our exciting and growing commercial health and
social care curriculum offer

Work alongside key stakeholders to develop
engaging content for our learners

Utilise our virtual learning platforms in an
innovate way to engage and motivate our learners to succeed

Deliver high quality, tailored training to our
learners while creating an engaging learning environment

Motivate, support and guide our learners
throughout their programme to enable them to meet their individual goals and

Identify individual learning needs and adapt
delivery styles where appropriate to ensure our learners succeed

Build strong relationships with our employer
partners and resolve any training queries they may have, while attending and
participating fully in employer meetings

Support and guide our learners on to their
journey towards an apprenticeship

Assist learners in building their CV and provide
feedback and guidance where needed and support for future interviews

Be a reflective practitioner by carrying out
ongoing evaluations and reviews of our training offer  

=       Support
with organising Q&A sessions with Health and Social Care employers to allow
learners to gain valuable insight into the sector

What we need from you:

Teaching qualification / AiET or PTLLS

Ability to work positively, think on your feet,
enthusiastic with a can do attitude.

Friendly and approachable

Flexible and adaptable to change

Desire to succeed and focus on own development

Up to date experience of delivering mandatory
and refresher health and social care training

Experience of delivering energetic and dynamic
training within a variety of health and social care settings

Strong experience delivering group workshops
both face to face and remotely

In depth knowledge of the Health and Social Care
sector, in particular health & safety, care certificate, person centred
care, safeguarding and mental health awareness

Up to date knowledge of CQC requirements within
health and social care

Experience of delivering pre-apprenticeships,
AEB or other commercial contract

A proven track record of delivering exceptional
training to lead to positive learner outcomes

Experience using virtual learning platforms

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability
to communicate with people at all levels

Ability to translate your in depth knowledge of
Health and Social Care into impactful training content

Excellent planning and organisational skills
with the ability to meet KPIs and deadlines

IT literate, with the ability to adapt to new
systems easily

Ability to plan and prioritise own workload

Clean driving license and access to a car
insured for business use
