We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support
Manager to join our winning team. Using your leadership expertise, you will
manage a team of Functional Skills Tutors to ensure that the needs of learners
with a range of support needs are met and that outstanding teaching and
learning is delivered at all times.

You will also manage the additional learning support
provision across the business ensuring high quality, effective and compliant
provision to enable learners to achieve their goals. Further to this, you will
provide key support with the development and ongoing review of our curriculum
offer for functional skills, working closely with key stakeholders, including
employers, to ensure quality provision and content that is fit for purpose.

Experience, knowledge
and skills required:

Experience of managing and leading teams

Track record of building relationships, coaching
and developing others to achieve success

In depth knowledge of work based learning, with
a focus on additional learning needs and functional skills

Excellent planning and organisational skills

Effective communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to maintain confidentiality and the
highest level of integrity

A high level of personal drive and the ability
to meet challenges in a positive way

Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own
workload and flexibility to travel to meet the needs of the business

Ability to energise and motivate others

Excellent IT skills, including the use of MS

Functional Skills Maths and English level 2
