We have an exciting
opportunity for a Business Intelligence Report Administrator to join our
Funding and Compliance Team. Using your expert Excel skills, you will ensure that regular company reporting is produced to
agreed schedules and timescales while also supporting the Funding and
Compliance Team during key month end processes.

You will assist in the maintenance and development
of existing and new reporting infrastructure and will be responsible for key
data extraction and manipulation for reporting services.

Key role
responsibilities

=        
Provide
learner and quality management reporting services to all key stakeholders
across the business

=        
Regularly
test and sample reports to make sure data is being accurately presented

=        
Work
alongside and provide essential support to the Business Intelligence Team

=        
Identify
and resolve data issues that prevent accurate reporting

=        
Contribute
to the optimisation of reports to ensure the timely reporting, minimising
impact to key reporting systems

=        
Develop
an understanding of all administrative processes and support the Admin team
during key month-end and year-end periods

=        
Provide
support to colleagues by producing and maintaining Adhoc Reporting, Daily
Update reporting and Caseload Management reporting.

=        
Support
the Business Intelligence Team in validating monthly funding claims through the
Education & Skills Funding Agency Portal

=        
Continually
keep on top of industry and reporting system changes to develop and progress
within their role. (E.g. ESFA funding rules, industry updates and changes to
reporting systems)

 

Experience,
knowledge and skills required:

=        
Strong experience in MS Office Excel (Ideally Pivot
Table production and VLOOKUP)

=        
Strong
customer relationship and interpersonal communication skills

=        
Ability
to meet deadlines and targets and to manage and prioritise your own time and
workload

Excellent
and logical problem solving ability

An
organised working approach with an ability to be proactive

Excellent
team player with experience of discussing and resolving  issues in collaboration with others

Experience
of working with Microsoft Power BI or other business analysis tools would be
advantageous

working within Further Education Setting or Private Training Provider would be
advantageous
