Who is the apprenticeship for?

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief and provide resourcing support to the recruitment function.

What will you learn?

Your apprenticeship has been designed to give you the required training to become an effective Recruitment Resourcer. In addition to identifying and attracting candidates, you will become a well-rounded recruitment team member identifying new business opportunities, liaising effectively with candidates and the wider business, whilst ensuring all processes, procedures, codes of ethics and legislation are adhered to.

How will you learn?

Our Personal Tutors will deliver high-quality face-to-face learning and coaching and provide all the resources you will need to progress quickly. Our intuitive learner management system ‘Bud’ will really bring the subject to life through interactive learning tools, access to complementary online resources and relevant social communities, as well as provide real-time information so that you will always know where you’re at in your learner journey.

Becoming a Recruitment Resourcer is a skill for life and can open doors to a long and rewarding career, giving you the ability to shift and change your industry or working environment throughout your career.

After completing this programme, you may want to put your skills into practice or take on your next challenge and progress to become a manager within your field or sector, or manage a team of Recruitment Resourcer. Do I have to find a job first?

If you’re not currently employed or looking for a new job, you can apply for apprenticeship vacancies advertised by employers looking to employ an apprentice, as you must be employed to undertake an apprenticeship.

If you already have a job and wish to gain a qualification in that industry as an apprentice, this is possible subject to your employer’s agreement.

Will it cost me anything?

No. Your employer pays your wage and we apply for government funding from the Education and Skills Funding Agency to support the cost of your qualification.
Currently 100% funding is available for apprentices ages 16 – 18 and 90% for those aged 19 + (subject to the employers levy status).

Can I undertake an Apprenticeship with my current employer?

Nurseplus
