Who is the apprenticeship for?

Are you looking to level up and become a qualified Customer Service Specialist? Then this programme could be for you.

Building on your knowledge from the level 2 programme, or your previous skills and experience. This programme will enable you to be a true advocate of your organisation, deal with complex queries and problems autonomously, provide the highest level of service and be a role model for junior team members.

What will you learn?

You’ll learn how to confidently analyse data and customer information to influence change and improvements in the service.

You will understand the complexities of the customer journey, and become an expert on the products, services and procedures to benefit the success of the business and your team.

How will you learn?

Our Personal Tutors will deliver high-quality face-to-face learning and coaching and provide all the resources you will need to progress quickly. Our intuitive learner management system ‘Bud’ will really bring the subject to life through interactive learning tools, access to complementary online resources and relevant social communities, as well as provide real-time information so that you will always know where you’re at in your learner journey.

Your pathway to success

Once you have completed your apprenticeship as a Customer Service Specialist, you are in a fantastic position to decide where you want to go next. There are several Level 4 qualifications you can progress to including Sales, or leadership qualifications, including Level 3 Team Leading. Do I have to find a job first?

If you’re not currently employed or looking for a new job, you can apply for apprenticeship vacancies advertised by employers looking to employ an apprentice, as you must be employed to undertake an apprenticeship.

If you already have a job and wish to gain a qualification in that industry as an apprentice, this is possible subject to your employer’s agreement.

Will it cost me anything?

No. Your employer pays your wage and we apply for government funding from the Education and Skills Funding Agency to support the cost of your qualification.
Currently 100% funding is available for apprentices ages 16 – 18 and 90% for those aged 19 + (subject to the employers levy status).

Can I undertake an Apprenticeship with my current employer?
