Residential Childcare
Level 3 Apprenticeship

Who is the apprenticeship for?

This apprenticeship is designed for employees who work within a children’s residential care setting e.g. a children’s home, a residential special school or a secure children’s home.

Employees working in these types of settings will support children, young people and families to achieve their potential and stay safe. Using an approach of respectful curiosity, employees will work alongside other professionals and organisations to share the responsibility for improving outcomes.

By the end of the apprenticeship, your employees will be making a real difference to those people your business works with through their new skills, knowledge and behaviours.
