Who is the apprenticeship for?

This apprenticeship is ideal for any of your employees working in recruitment or agency roles whether within a dedicated Recruitment agency or part of a team within your organisation operating your in-house recruitment function.

These employees assist in day-to-day recruitment activities such as identifying and securing job opportunities within client organisations, attracting candidates and successfully place them in those jobs. These could be both flexible workers and permanent placements.

This apprenticeship is suitable for your employees that are self-motivated, driven individual looking to progress further within their current recruitment.

What will they learn?

This apprenticeship was designed to provide your employees with the technical skills and knowledge needed to improve their client focused skills and add real value on a day-to-day basis.  They will focus on understanding how to develop client relationships while ensuring they are supplying them with the right candidates.

They’ll strengthen their ability to work collaboratively with clients and understand how their contribution can have a direct impact on the businesses bottom line.

How will they learn?

Our Personal Tutors will deliver high-quality face-to-face learning and coaching and provide all the resources your employee will need to progress quickly. Our intuitive learner management system ‘Bud’ will really bring the subject to life through interactive learning tools, access to complementary online resources and relevant social communities, as well as provide real-time learner information so that you will always know what your employee is learning and how they are progressing.

This apprenticeship will develop your employees’ knowledge, skills and behaviours in the following areas:

    The role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief and provide resourcing support to the recruitment function.
