They will ensure that the policies and procedures required to ensure the well-being and quality of life of the service users are followed and the values of your business are adopted by all team members.

Depending on the setting you may also be responsible for business development, financial control, organisational resilience and continuity as well as for managing risk and leading on organisational change.
