We’re proud to support hundreds of apprentices who have chosen to undertake an apprenticeship in the rewarding field of childcare and education, every year.

We offer apprenticeships that support Early Years Educators, Children Young People and Families Managers, those working in Residential Childcare and Teaching Assistants.

Our team of Personal Tutors all have industry experience and understand the unique challenges, skills and behaviours that a career in childcare and education require.

At Paragon Skills we offer intermediate and advanced level apprenticeships in the childcare & education sector including the following:

We also understand that the environment your employees work in is stressful, and we have invested in training all of our Personal Tutors to become Mental Health First Aiders, providing additional support to learners who need it most.
