My ambition is to have a role in management so when my boss supported my request to do an NVQ in Team Leading, as part of an apprenticeship with Paragon Skills, I was determined to make the most of it. I picked units that were out of my comfort zone and now I have new responsibilities from my employer. I’m now doing my second qualification with Paragon and I’m looking forward to furthering myself in my career.
This apprenticeship will prepare your leaders with a full range of skills, techniques and methods to manage people, develop relationships and deliver results.
They’ll learn how to lead people as well as projects, develop a strong awareness of their own strengths, and will understand how best to apply their new expertise to contribute to business improvement strategies.
This apprenticeship is designed for employees that manage teams, projects or departments.
They are responsible for achieving clearly defined outcomes that are part of your organisation’s strategy and are keen to nurture their existing talents and a natural flair for leadership.
