Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship

Who is the apprenticeship for?

Every project needs to be managed through its lifecycle to ensure success. With an Associate Project Manager on your team, you will have a professional that knows what needs to be achieved, how it will be achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost.

This individual will coordinate the project team to achieve the required outcomes. Associate Project Managers need good planning, organisation, leadership, management and communication skills. The Learning Journey

Joann Marie Willis

My ambition is to have a role in management so when my boss supported my request to do an NVQ in Team Leading, as part of an apprenticeship with Paragon Skills, I was determined to make the most of it. I picked units that were out of my comfort zone and now I have new responsibilities from my employer. I’m now doing my second qualification with Paragon and I’m looking forward to furthering myself in my career.
