Who is the apprenticeship for?

The purpose of an Advanced Beauty Therapist is to provide, design and implement bespoke treatment plans ranging from advanced manual therapies such as advanced massage techniques and technical therapies such as face and body electrical treatments. Individuals in this role will know how to meet and manage client needs and expectations, continuously building exemplary relationships based on trust with clients, colleagues and organisations.

What will they learn?

An Advanced Beauty Therapist will be responsible for working independently delivering treatments in a private, secure and safe environment, and when required, will supervise others to support team and business growth.

Their confidence will be boosted and their knowledge of products and services – both industry-wide and specific to your business – will be enriched and will be evident on a daily basis in the first-class service they deliver to every one of your customers.

How will they learn?

Our Personal Tutors will deliver high-quality face-to-face learning and coaching and provide all the resources your employee will need to progress quickly. Our intuitive learner management system ‘Bud’ will really bring the subject to life through interactive learning tools, access to complementary online resources and relevant social communities, as well as provide real-time learner information so that you will always know what your employee is learning and how they are progressing.
