    Client Services Manager (Midlands/ North)

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join our winning team. As a key member of the Client Services Team, you will carry out innovative winning pitches to new large business clients, helping to grow Paragon Skills in line with our business objectives.

    You will lead on the development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients, and play a pro-active role in developing a deep understanding of client's strategic goals to help them maximise their Levy. You will work as a true business partner with clients to identify learning and development interventions, both funded and commercial, that support the client in delivering their objectives.

    Experience, knowledge and skills required:

    =         Experience of working in a training organisation and or/relevant sector

    Client Services Coordinator (South)

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator with a background in both sales and marketing to join our winning team and provide administrative support to the Client Services and Marketing teams. You will provide an exceptional service to our clients, generating and sharing regular progress reports and supporting with the on boarding of larger client projects. You will always be looking for ways we can improve the service that we offer, exploring new growth opportunities and ways to broaden our product knowledge.

    In supporting our Marketing team, you will assist with social media activities and internal communications including maintaining the marketing events calendar. You will also generate prospective client leads through a targeted contact list and follow up on all marketing activity. In addition, you will support Paragon Skills with the apprenticeship matching service, dealing with client and candidate queries where necessary.

    Experience required:

    =         Strong track record of achieving deadlines

    =         Experience working within marketing and sales with a passion for both

    =         Knowledge of modern marketing tools and techniques

    =         5 GCSEs Level C or above including Maths and English (or equivalent)

    =         An understanding of apprenticeships would be advantageous but is not essential

    =         Experience working within an office based environment and as part of a remote team

    =         Strong project management skills with the ability to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and work without close supervision

    =         Imaginative with a creative flair and excellent attention to detail

    =         Exceptional customer service skills
