Neil McEwan – Regional Skills Development Manager for Services

Neil has over twelve years experience in work- based learning, training and development. Prior to joining Paragon Skills in September 2011 Neil was Regional Development Manager and National Account Manager for esg. Neil has held senior management roles within VT Training and HCTC Ltd, two of the UK’s largest National training providers. Previously he spent 15 years working in operations and management within the UK hospitality industry.

Neil works in partnership with local employer groups, provider networks and the Dorset Employment & Skills Board to ensure work based learning delivers the right offer and service to employers and learners across the South of England.
