Prior to joining Paragon Dan was Business Development Director for Serco Group plc where he was responsible for winning projects in education, local government and defence with clients including Audit Commission, BBC, , DCFS, DSTL, DWP, Dept of Health, Restormel Council, North Tyneside Council, T-Mobile.
