Nathan Barber is currently working towards an Apprenticeship in Warehousing and Distribution

Nathan Barber completed his apprenticeship in distribution and warehousing with Fladen Fishing in Portland, Dorset. The company is a leading supplier of fishing tackle in the UK and abroad.

Nathan’s job includes picking and packing responsibilities, which requires concentration and organisation.

He completed a level two qualification in distribution and warehousing with Paragon Skills in Weymouth.

He said: “The apprenticeship covered everything I have needed to work in the business and gave me all the skills I needed for this position. It is not a difficult job but does require concentration and organisation, which I enjoy.

“I found my apprenticeship gave me the skills I needed for the industry and covered everything I use on a day to day basis in my job. I would definitely recommend an apprenticeship to someone.”
