John Davis at Paragon Skills

Following a tough decision about the direction of his career, Josh Davis approached his local Connexions who put him in touch with Paragon Skills.

Josh landed himself a job with Paragon Skills whilst working on his National Vocational Qualification for IT users (ITQ) level 3 diploma. He has already completed his ITQ level 2 and is now the lead person for the company intranet site and the first port of call for IT issues across the company.

He said: “No two days are the same. I have been given a lot of responsibility and am trusted to do my job. This was definitely the right choice for me.”
