If you are not sure what career path you’d like to take, or you are not yet ready for work or more education, then the First Steps (e2e) programme could be for you.
The course will help you develop your skills and confidence. It will help you prepare for finding a job, give you work placement tasters and will help you move on to employment or further training.
Unlike school or college the First Steps programme helps you on a one to one basis or in small groups. You will have the chance to meet new people and gain the skills you need to move forward.
