How it works
Paragon Skills offers vocational training for young people in a wide range of industries. We have connections with a number of companies so we can help you to find a job with training. We can help you with your CV, set up interviews with employers and make sure you get off to a good start on an Apprenticeship.
Once employed, you’ll get a thorough introduction to the workplace and your Apprenticeship programme. You will then be regularly visited in the workplace by one of our assessors. They will make sure everything is going well and will help you work towards your qualifications.
We offer Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships in a wide range of industries, all of which will lead to really worthwhile careers. Take a look at the industries you are interested in. You can also have a look at other young people’s apprenticeship experiences.
Sometimes you may not be sure at this stage which programme suits you best, that’s why we run our First Steps (e2e) programme – take a look.
As you near the completion of your Apprenticeship, Paragon Skills will ensure that you get the best advice on how to further progress your career. For example, we will offer you an impartial one-hour interview, which can provide information, advice and guidance in the form of an action plan to support your career progression.
