Marina has extensive experience working within the Care Sector and over the past 20 years has worked in a variety of roles within the industry from Childcare through to Special Needs. More recently Marina has been appointed as the Operations Director for Paragon’s Health And Social Care Division and is now responsible for overseeing its operations across the south and ensuring the quality of delivery of both the Health and Social Care and Childcare programmes.

Marina has worked within the industry with a background in Education the whole of her working life and more recently specialising in Learning Disabilities. As part of Marina’s new role she also works in partnership with the local networking groups and Sector Skills Councils to ensure that the latest changes in framework delivery are integrated as soon as possible.
