Simon Downing has joined the Group Board as a non-executive director.

His role on the Board is to provide complementary experience and additional external scrutiny to what we do. Simon Downing is also the CEO of Civica Group and has over 20 years experience in the IT industry in a variety of management roles. Civica is a leading software and services provider focused on the public sector with over 1600 staff based in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the USA.

As a graduate engineer Simon spent his early career with British Leyland and ICL. He is 44, married with three children and lives in London.
