Paragon Skills for Industry opened the doors to its new apprentice training centre in Reading this summer (June).

The new 3,100 sq ft state of the art facility is located at Forbury Court in Reading town centre, directly opposite Reading train station and within easy reach of bus stops. It is equipped for learners with class rooms and an IT suite. It is also an excellent support centre for the great range of work-based courses that Paragon Skills offers in vocations including retail, business administration, hairdressing, catering & hospitality, health & social care and childcare.

Paragon Skills already successfully operates childcare and health and social care training in Berkshire.

Carolyn Maple, Business Development Director at Paragon Skills, said: “Following on from our success in Berkshire with the health and social care and childcare programmes we are excited to be able to expand into other areas of learning. Paragon Skills is experienced at equipping learners with the skills they need for a new career in a specific trade or industry. There are a number of Apprenticeship programmes across many levels as well as pre-apprenticeship courses in childcare and health and social care.”
