Andy has, following a 30 year career within the military and marine industry spent the last 6 years developing and expanding the Engineering provision within Paragon Skills for Industry as the Engineering Programme Manager. During the last 2 years he has seen his role progress onto Engineering Divisional Director and more recently, taken on the role of Engineering Operations Director responsible for the Marine, Motor Vehicle and Engineering provision throughout Dorset, Somerset and Hampshire.

Andy is working in partnership with regional employers and institutions to develop programmes and delivery models suitable for today’s market supporting the industry to stabilise and grow for the future. He is also actively engaged with consortia across the region developing the 14-19 provision and Diploma programme.
