Who will benefit:

This NVQ concentrates on senior managers with a high degree of autonomy for deploying resources and achieving strategic goals.

Entry requirements:

No formal qualifications are required, but participants should be employed in a managerial role and will undergo an initial assessment to determine the appropriate NVQ Level and optional units.

Course Aims:

The qualification concentrates on the development of consistent, competent performance in the workplace, which is then assessed against the standards. Because the NVQ is divided into units, it is possible for managers to complete a qualification, which precisely meets their own needs and those of their employer.

Progression:

Candidates can progress onto the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching.

Duration:

Up to 18 months
