Carolyn has over 7 years experience working in work based learning. This follows on from extensive experience working within the Care sector. More recently Carolyn has been appointed as Regional Skills Development Manager for the Care Division and is now responsible for the growth and wider offer to the employer of the Social Care and Development Programmes across the south of England.

Carolyn previously worked within the NHS service for over 14 years in the Pharamaceutical and Training and Development departments, then latterly as the Dispensary Manager at Salisbury District Hospital. Carolyn works in partnership with the local networking groups and the Sector Skills Councils to ensure that Paragon programmes offer the right package to the employer.
