This course will enable participants to approach an interview fully prepared, with a clear understanding of the purpose of the interview and the confidence and technique necessary to conduct an interview in a professional manner

New and existing personnel staff, newly appointed managers and managers at any level who are required to carry out recruitment, appraisal and disciplinary interviews.
