Those who are working in a team with little or no formal training or personnel recently selected to lead teams.

Entry requirements:

No formal entry requirements, but participants should ideally be working in teams or cells, though not necessarily in a leadership role.

Course Aims:

To develop skills for individual personal development and may be used as a bridge back into learning

Progression:

To improve performance and to be a stepping-stone to future personal development. The award can provide credit against the full ILM Certificate in Team Leading.
