A short flexible programme that provides an introduction to the wide range of responsibilities of the first line manager.

Who will benefit:
First line managers with little or no formal training or managers returning from a career gap.
Entry requirements:
No formal requirements, but participants should be practicing or potential first line managers with two years full-time (or three years part-time) work experience.
Course Aims:
- To provide an introduction to the wide range of responsibilities of the first line manager and may be used as a bridge back into learning.
- To improve performance and to be a stepping-stone to future personal development.
Progression:
The course offers valuable preparation for the Certificate in First Line Management.
Duration:
Up to a maximum of 1 year
Courses are subject to minimum number participation. Bespoke training is available in all courses subject to agreement
