ILM Certificate in First Line Management

This Certificate covers the full range of responsibilities of the first line manager and can be tailored to meet your specific needs. The award develops leaders and managers within the national qualifications framework.

Who will benefit:

This qualification will benefit those people who are likely to become first line managers (team leaders or supervisors) or who are already in post but have had little or no formal training.

Entry requirements:

No formal requirements, but participants should be practicing or potential first line managers with two years full-time (or three years part-time) work experience.

Course Aims:

To improve candidates performance in the organisation, through strong focus on specific job role.

Progression:

The qualification provides an effective platform for moving on to the Level 4 NVQ in Management or the Level 5 Diploma on Management qualification

Duration:

Up to 1 year

Courses are subject to minimum number participation. Bespoke training is available in all courses subject to agreement
