This is a qualification for learners who are currently working in a supervisory or management position within the Retail industry. It consists of 2 mandatory and 6 optional units covering the management responsibilities of health & safety, audit stock levels and monitoring and adjusting staffing levels.

Course Aims:

This course offers those wishing to pursue a career as a Supervisor or manager an opportunity to develop new and existing skills whilst gaining hand on experience in the workplace. In addition learners can develop their technical skills even further into areas such as finance arrangements for customers and planning for the whole retail business.
