This is a flexible qualification consisting of a number of optional units relevant to various specific roles within the Retail industry. It consists of 3 Mandatory and 5 optional units covering health & safety and security to merchandising, selling and stock control. Specialised units can include meat handling and processing photographic images. All training and assessment takes place in the workplace.

No formal entry requirements other than participants should be working in a retail environment

Course Aims:

This course offers those wishing to pursue a career as a sales person an opportunity to develop new and existing skills whilst gaining hands on experience in the workplace. Participants will improve their personal effectiveness both as an individual and as part of a team
