Entry requirements:

Participants should ideally be in employment in a retail environment.

Course Aims:

On completing this qualification, participants will have an understanding of:

  • The key business operations that need to be monitored and supervised
  • The importance of following procedures to ensure the shop/store runs effectively
  • Basic concepts to coach and develop staff
  • The importance of stock control
  • How to use a range shop/store recording systems
