Vehicle Body and Paint Operations (Refinishing) NVQ
This is a work-based qualification, assessed on the basis of evidence collected to prove competence, which is measured against national standards set for the motor industry by Automotive Skills. This award builds on basic knowledge and skills and helps further development into more specialised areas of vehicle body and paint operations

Who will benefit:
Anyone wishing to gain a nationally recognised qualification at Level 2 in the automotive industry in order to progress towards semi-skilled status
Entry requirements:
Participants should be working in an automotive body repair and refinishing environment, be motivated and enthusiastic with good mechanical aptitude and have a good eye for contours and colour
Course Aims:
The course aims to develop participants’ skills and technical knowledge within the work place and recognise their achievement with a National Vocational Qualification.

Vehicle Body and Paint Operations NVQ Level 3 (Refinishing)
Duration:
Up to 2 years
