Multi-skilled Hospitality Services NVQ Level 2

A flexible syllabus to enable training to be tailored to meet specific needs. It gives participants the opportunity to build and develop more in depth hospitality skills. There are nine units to complete, covering all aspects of the hospitality industry including front office, housekeeping, food and drink service, food preparation and cooking.

The course is designed for those who wish to develop a career in hospitality perhaps in a guesthouse or hotel as it offers the candidate the opportunity to develop skills within all areas of the business at an intermediate level.
