Multi-skilled Hospitality Services NVQ

A flexible syllabus to enh3. able training to be tailored to meet specific needs. It gives participants the opportunity to build and develop basic hospitality skills. There are 3 mandatory units covering hygiene and health & safety, effective teamwork and food safety duties, plus 5 optional units to complete a total of 8 units.

The course is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in hospitality perhaps in a small guesthouse or hotel as it offers the candidate the opportunity to develop basic skills within all areas of the business.

Course Aims:

This is a short, flexible programme to reinforce individual knowledge of the industry whilst gaining hands on experience.
