Housekeeping NVQ
A flexible syllabus to enable training to be tailored to meet specific needs. The course is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in housekeeping within the hospitality industry. There are 2 mandatory units covering health & safety and customer care, and optional units covering all aspects of housekeeping, to complete a total of 6 units.

Level 1 – HAB (City & Guilds)
Who will benefit:
The qualification is designed for those who have recently entered into the world of housekeeping to support their development. It is suitable for those working in either a hotel or hospital environment
Entry requirements:
No formal entry requirements, but ideally should be working within a housekeeping department.
Course Aims:
This is a short, flexible programme to reinforce individual knowledge of the industry whilst gaining hands on experience.

Housekeeping NVQ Level 2
Duration:
Up to 12 months
Courses are subject to minimum number participation. Bespoke training is available in all courses subject to agreement
