Hospitality Supervision NVQ
To achieve this NVQ candidates must complete 8 units in total, consisting of 5 mandatory units covering the supervision of others in health and safety, hygiene and security in the workplace, developing positive working relationships, effective teamwork, controlling resources and managing time effectively. The candidate must also complete 3 optional units.

Who will benefit:
Those employed at supervisory levels that wish to develop their skills further and progress to junior management.
Entry requirements:
No formal entry requirements, however it would be an advantage that the candidate has some experience of the hospitality industry at a basic level.
Course Aims:
This course is designed to enable participants to gain an in depth understanding of all areas of hospitality and to specialise within their own department in a supervisory role.

Up to 12 months
