Front Office NVQ Level 2
A flexible syllabus to enable training to be tailored to meet specific needs. The course is designed for those who work as a hotel receptionist within the hospitality industry. There are 4 mandatory units covering areas such as health & safety and customer care, plus 4 optional units covering all aspects of reception duties, to complete a total of 8 units.

Who will benefit:
The qualification is designed for those who are currently working in hotel reception to support their development.
Entry requirements:
No formal entry requirements, but ideally should be working within the reception department of a hotel.
Course Aims:
This is a short, flexible programme to further develop individual skills and knowledge of the industry whilst gaining hands on experience.

Hospitality Supervision NVQ Level 3
Duration:
Up to 12 months
