Food Preparation & Cooking NVQ
A flexible syllabus to enable training to be tailored to meet specific needs. It gives participants the opportunity to build on basic cookery skills and develop new ideas. There are 3 mandatory units covering hygiene and health & safety, effective teamwork and food safety duties, plus 4 optional units to complete a total of 7 units.

Who will benefit:
The course is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in catering perhaps in a small guesthouse, restaurant, hotel or coffee shop.

No formal entry requirements.
Course Aims:
This is a short, flexible programme to reinforce individual knowledge of the industry whilst gaining hands on experience.

- Professional Cookery (Flexible) NVQ Level 2
Duration:
Up to 12 months
