Food & Drink Service NVQ

A flexible syllabus to enable training to be tailored to meet specific needs. There are 4 mandatory units covering customer care, hygiene and health & safety, effective teamwork and food safety duties, plus 2 optional units to complete a total of 6 units.

Who will benefit:

The course is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in hospitality perhaps as a waitress or waiter. It is also flexible enough to benefit someone working within a hospital or care home catering environment.

No formal entry requirements.

Course Aims:

This is a short, flexible programme to reinforce individual knowledge of the industry whilst gaining hands on experience.

Duration:

Up to 12 months
