A flexible syllabus to eh3. nable training to be tailored to meet specific needs. It gives participants the opportunity to build and develop more in depth hospitality skills. There is a bespoke approach to this particular award as the learner can opt to choose units from the Drinks Service or Food Service or a combination of both.

Who will benefit:
The course is designed for those who wish to develop a career in hospitality perhaps in a guesthouse or hotel as it offers the opportunity to develop skills within areas of a restaurant or bar at an intermediate level.

No formal entry requirements.
Course Aims:
This route offers those wishing to pursue a career as a waiter/waitress and/or bar person, an opportunity to develop new and existing skills whilst gaining hands on experience within the workplace
