CIEH Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety
This qualification is designed for those working in all food businesses at a supervisory level and who needs a better understanding of food hygiene. Owners and managers in small to medium sized organisations may also find this qualification provides them with useful knowledge to do their job more effectively. Those with supervisory duties in a food-handling environment for example: instructors or trainers, customer complaints investigators, quality assurance staff, buyers and sales staff.
Entry requirements:
The CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene qualification or equivalent.
