Fabrication and Welding Engineering NVQ Level 2
This qualification is suitable for those seeking recognition of their competence in one or more of a wide variety of activities such as; Manual Welding, Welding Machine Operating, Plastic Welding, Sheetmetal work, Plate work, Structural steelwork, Pipe and Tube Fabrication, Thermal cutting and Rail Welding

Who will benefit:
Anyone working in a fabrication and welding environment that has the potential to attain the standards required for this qualification
Entry requirements:
Participants should be occupied in welding and / or fabrication and have an appropriate level of technical skill and knowledge in that activity
Course Aims:
Participants will:
- Gain recognition for any existing skills, knowledge and understanding appropriate to the activity
- Be able to demonstrate safe working practices and procedures at all times
- Be able to work to instructions with a minimum of supervision, taking personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the work they carry out.

Fabrication and Welding Engineering Level 3
Duration:
Up to 2 years
