This qualification is suitable for those seeking recognition of their competence in one or more of a wide variety of activities such as; Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Maintenance, Fluid power, Services, Communication Electronics Maintenance, Engineered Systems, Lift & Escalator Servicing and Repair,

Who will benefit:
Anyone working in a maintenance capacity that has the potential to attain the standards required for this qualification
Entry requirements:
Participants should be occupied in a maintenance capacity that could include fault diagnosis, maintaining, repairing and testing plant, systems and equipment and have a high level of technical skill and knowledge in those activities
Course Aims:
Participants will:
- Gain recognition for any existing skills, knowledge and understanding appropriate to the activity
- Be able to demonstrate safe working practices and procedures at all times
- Be able to work to instructions with a minimum of supervision, taking personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the work they carry out.
- Gain a high level of skill, knowledge and understanding of the relevant techniques, materials, tools and equipment used in order to carry out the activities, solve related problems and ensure the work output meets the required standards.

Team Leading or Engineering Management qualifications
Duration:
Up to 2 years
