This award recognises participants’ understanding of customer service when dealing with complex and non-routine customer service issues at a senior level.

Who will benefit:
The award is suitable for those already experienced in customer service work and wish to update their knowledge and understanding in order to improve their performance, or wish to develop their full potential and /or the potential of others to deliver and improve customer service.
Entry requirements:
Participants should be employed or have experience in a customer service role
Course Aims:
On completing this qualification, participants will be able to demonstrate an understanding of:
- The customer service environment and the way in which customer service principles are applied
- The processes involved in reviewing and improving customer service
- The key legislation and regulations in the customer service environment
- Interactions with customers and the skills needed to manage complex customer service transactions
Progression:
Customer Service NVQ Level 3.
Duration:
Up to 6 months
