Entry requirements:
Participants should have reasonable basic literacy skills.
Course Aims:
On completing this qualification, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of the principles of customer service
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in routine and difficult customer service situations
