Customer Service NVQ Level 3

This award consists of 5 mandatory units and 1 optional unit. Assessments are used to determine and confirm candidate progress and competence set against the national standards. An evidence Portfolio combined with formal observations are the assessment methods used to measure achievement.

Who will benefit:

Anyone working in a supervisory role with responsibility for customers, wishing to gain an appropriate qualification

Entry requirements:

Participants should have gained experience in a supervisory customer service position

Course Aims:

On completing this qualification, participants will be able to fully understand and promote the need for continuous improvement in customer service.

Duration:

Up to 12 months
