Principles of Care

This covers the role of the care worker within a care setting, it covers their respnsibilities and job description within the environment they are working wiithin.

Who will benefit:

Anyone who is working within the care sector, this can be used as part of an induction that is already in place in house or as a pre-requisite to Common Induction and Foundation training.

None.

Course Aims:

This course aims provide a good basis for an introduction into care and the roles and responsibilities of the carer. This also provides an understanding for the learner on how organisational policy works and how it applies in the workplace.
