CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene
The CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene qualification is designed to give all food workers an appreciation of good hygiene practice.

Anyone working within a setting where food is prepared, cooked and served or handled.

Course Aims:
Employees who handle food will gain a firm grasp of the importance of food safety and knowledge of the systems, techniques and procedures involved. They will have the confidence and expertise to deliver quality food safely to customers.
Progression:
- CIEH Level 3 award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
- CIEH Advanced Certificate in Food Safety
- CIEH HACCP in Practice Certificate
- CIEH Intermediate Certificate in Hazard Analysis principles and practice
